30-Day Return Window
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract and return your item for any reason.

- Cooling-off Period: This 30-day period allows you to return your purchase for a full refund without providing a reason.
Eligibility for a Return

- The watch must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included and in perfect condition.
- Any protective seals or films must be intact and must not have been removed.
Return Shipping & Costs
To make your experience as simple as possible, we cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
- Return Fees: There are no restocking fees or return shipping charges for the customer.
- Pre-paid Label: We will provide you with a free, pre-paid Royal Mail return shipping label once your return request is acknowledged.
How to Start a Return

- Label Issuance: We will reply with a confirmation and your pre-paid shipping label.

Processing Your Refund
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Refund Timeline: Once approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the desired watch at your convenience.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your watch is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you have a 30-day right to a full refund.
