Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. This "cooling-off period" allows you to return your purchase for a full refund without giving a reason.

How to Start a Return

We will reply with a confirmation and provide you with a free, pre-paid Royal Mail return shipping label.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The watch must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included and in perfect condition.
  • Any protective seals or films must be intact and not have been removed.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the new item you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your original purchase for a full refund and placing a new order for your desired watch at your convenience.

Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Your purchase is protected by UK consumer law. If your watch is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you have a 30-day right to reject the item for a full refund.

Please contact us immediately at info@watchthewatches.co.uk if you receive a faulty item. We will arrange for a free return and provide either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
