1. Are the watches you sell 100% authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that every watch we sell is 100% authentic and brand new. We source our collection from highly reputable and verified suppliers to ensure its integrity. Every watch is delivered in its original packaging and is backed by our comprehensive 2-year retailer warranty for your complete peace of mind.

2. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period for unworn and undamaged watches. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@watchthewatches.co.uk.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's status through our carrier's tracking system.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, all UK orders above 100£ come with free shipping, so you can enjoy your purchase with no extra delivery costs.

5. How do I know if a watch is battery-operated versus mechanical?

Product descriptions on our website specify the type of movement each watch uses. If you're uncertain, please reach out to our customer service team for clarification.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, changes may not be possible.

7. Do you offer watch sizing services?

At this time, we do not offer watch sizing services prior to shipping. However, most of our watches come with adjustable straps or removable links, and they can be easily sized at any local watch or jewelry store.

8. What warranties do you offer?

We offer a 2-year retailer warranty on all watches, covering the internal mechanism against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover external damage, battery replacement, or wear and tear. Every watch is inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, our support team will assist you with repairs or replacement options.

9. How should I care for my watch?

Proper care depends on the watch type. Generally, it's advisable to keep your watch away from extreme temperatures, moisture, and magnetic fields. For detailed care instructions, please refer to the manual provided with your watch or contact us for guidance.

10. What should I do if my watch is damaged or not working correctly?

If your watch is malfunctioning or has been damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll guide you through the warranty claim process or assist with repair options.

11. Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re always working to expand our services and may introduce them in the future. If you’re shopping for someone special, feel free to reach out - we’d be happy to help you find the perfect watch gift.

13. Are prices shown in my local currency?

Yes, our website automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your location. You’ll see accurate pricing as you browse, and your final checkout amount will reflect your local currency as well. If your currency isn’t supported, prices will default to (£) Pounds.

14. Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna, including both interest-free plans and longer-term financing with interest. You can select the option that best suits you at checkout.

  • Interest-Free Payments (Pay in 3): For most purchases, you can split the cost into three equal, interest-free instalments. The first payment is taken at purchase, with the remaining two collected automatically every 30 days. Example: A £100 watch would be three interest-free payments of £33.33.
  • Financing (with interest): For larger purchases, Klarna offers financing plans to spread the cost over a longer period (e.g., 6-24 months). This is a formal credit agreement and typically has a representative APR of 21.9% (fixed).

Klarna's Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement. Klarna Financing is a regulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.

15. How do I know if a watch is suitable for swimming or diving?

Watches suitable for swimming or diving will have a specified water resistance rating. Please refer to the product details on our website or consult with our customer service team to ensure the watch meets your needs.

16. Can I purchase a watch as an investment?

While some watches may appreciate over time, investing in watches carries risks. It's essential to research and understand the market before making such decisions.

17. Do you offer watch repair services?

At this time, we do not offer in-house watch repair services. However, we recommend reaching out to authorized service centers or local watchmakers for repairs. If your watch is still under warranty, feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll assist you with the warranty repair process.

18. How do I care for my leather watch strap?

To maintain your leather strap, keep it away from water, moisture, and excessive heat. Avoid exposing it to perfumes or chemicals. Regularly cleaning and conditioning the leather can prolong its life.

20. Can I purchase a watch online and pick it up in-store?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the customer's address.
