UK Delivery

We offer several reliable shipping options within the UK. Every parcel is shipped with the utmost care and is fully insured for its total value, giving you complete peace of mind.

• Standard Delivery (£3.90): We offer Standard Delivery on all orders up to £100.
• Free Standard Delivery: All orders over £100 automatically qualify for Free Standard Delivery.
• Express Delivery (£9.90): Need it faster? We offer an Express Delivery option for a flat rate of £9.90.

Order Processing:

• Handling Time: 0-1 working day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• Order Cut-off: 12 PM for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri).
• Standard Transit Time: 2-4 working days.
• Express Transit Time: Expected delivery is 1 business day, though it may take up to 3 business days during peak periods.
• Couriers: We use trusted, tracked services such as Royal Mail Signed For and other reliable couriers.

All orders are fully tracked, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your watch is dispatched.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If for any reason you are not, you may return your watch within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in an unused, unworn, and original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective stickers must be intact and included.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact our customer care team at info@watchthewatches.co.uk with your order number to request a return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges:
To ensure you get your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original purchase for a full refund and placing a new order for the watch you would like instead.
