We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If for any reason you are not, you may return your watch within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in an unused, unworn, and original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective stickers must be intact and included.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact our customer care team at info@watchthewatches.co.uk with your order number to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Exchanges:
To ensure you get your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original purchase for a full refund and placing a new order for the watch you would like instead.
